AfriTerminal reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Use, with 30 days notice except in cases of fraud, abuse, or conduct harmful to other users or to the platform. In cases of material breach, termination may be immediate.
You may close your account at any time by contacting info@afriterminal.com.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AfriTerminal shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
AfriTerminal's total liability to any user shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by that user in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We will notify registered users by email of any material changes to these Terms at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of AfriTerminal after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
This choice of governing law applies to all subscription tiers — Free, Pro, Team, and Enterprise — regardless of the user's country of residence.
